Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a 5000 year old form of Oriental medicine.  Needle insertion is essentially painless, (a dull ache is often desirable).  Other therapies involve moxabustion (burning a medicinal herb to warm and move “Qi”), application of beads to ear acupoints, and electrical stimulation of acupuncture points.

Chinese Herbs
Chinese herbs are especially useful for acute maladies (colds and injury) and long-standing or severe energetic disharmonies.  Chinese herbs are especially useful in my practice because they provide a daily "treatment" (taken as pills or teas) that can reinforce and bridge between clinic visits.
Tui Na (Bodywork)
Tui Na (bodywork based on Oriental medical principles) is especially effective for musculoskeletal pain (e.g., joint, low back and/or muscle pain) and stress.
